It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella Talbert (Whittier, California), born in Owatonna, Minnesota, who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Kubat and Helen Kubat; her husband Frank Talbert Sr.; and her son Frank Talbert Jr.. She is survived by: her son Tim Talbert (Paula); her daughter-in-law Pat Talbert Owatonna; and her brother Marvin Kubat (Barb). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and 3 step grandchildren.
