He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marjorie Kontur; his son Bill; his daughter-in-law Lynne Kontur; his daughter Patty Williams; his sister Raven Harris; his grandchildren, Devyn Kontur, Matthew Kontur, Jeffrey Williams and Kristy Williams; and his parents, Frank Kontur and Irene Kontur (Weber).
