She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvira Garcia and Jose Maria Garcia; her husband Miguel Zavaleta; her son Henry "Hank" Zavaleta; her son-in-law Meade Lawrence; and her grandson Michael Zavaleta.
She is survived by: her children, Mario (Sandra), Mike (Pauline), Gonzalo (Pennie), Rose Lawrence, Carmen (Danny) and Eva (Rafael); her daughter-in-law Cris Zavaleta; her grandchildren, Mario (Rosalinda), Erik (Susan), Anthony (Cecilia), Ernie (Amber), Tommy (Cecilia), Caryn, Chad (Juliette), Christina, Ryan, Noelle and Jessie; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Andy, Madison, Troy, Brianna, Leia, Anthony, Michael, Hayden, Luke and Gaby.
