He is survived by: his parents, William Dugan and Thelma Dugan; his sibling Alma Fisk; his spouse Louise Mgrditchian; and his sons, Mark Dugan, Randy Dugan and Steven Dugan. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and his great-grandchildren.
