She was predeceased by: her husband George Timmons; her parents, Linus Johnston and Ethyl Johnston; and her brother Barry Johnston. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristiana Timmons and Ellen Green; her great grandchildren, Kandice Beard, Leland Beard, Maxwell Hunter, Julian Beard and Zachary Carasiti; and her siblings, David Johnston, Donna Johnston-Heaton and Judy Ream. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
