He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Juda Halper and Sadie Warner Halper; his sister Evelyn; his sons, William Benton Halper (Joyce) and Louis Ryan Halper (Diana); his wife Ruth; his grandchildren, Russell, Amanda (Oscar), Joanna, Rachel (Garin), Mollie, Darby and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Jonah and Oscar.
