It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tomio Ito of Westminster, California, who passed away on February 1, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Chizuko; and his brothers, Kensaku and Yonejiro. He is survived by: his children, Bill K. Ito (Peggie), Dolly I. Oishi (Rick), Edward Y. Ito (Caryn), Kathy K. Ito and Carol S. Sakamoto (Jeff); his grandchildren, Michelle M. Hatsushi (Rick), Willie T. Ito (Alexis), Jonathan T. Oishi (Danelle), Allyson C. Oishi, Alysa S. Ito, R. Masa Ito, Kara C. Ito, Jessica M. Sakamoto and Tyson M. Sakamoto; his sibling Tomiko Ando (Tatsuo); and his sisters-in-law, Suzuka, Tsuyako Ito and Ineko Ogata (Hidekatsu). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
