She was predeceased by: her father Osbourne Anderson; her husband Lloyd Eugene Crain; and her siblings, Ruby Mae Layne, Osbourne, Otis Anderson, Rosetta Staley and Rosemary "Tootie" Kauffman.

She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Armstrong; her grandchildren, Benjamin Armstrong and Jenel Marable; and her sister Rowena "Pat" Meder. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
