“To Olivia's beloved family, I am so sorry for your loss. I met Olivia 14 years ago at VA Loma Linda. She helped trained me and was nothing but sweet, kind, and patient. I remember she had pictures of her son all over her office. I can tell she was a loving mother. She loved to call everyone "sweetie," but really, she was the actual "sweetie."
