He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Aurel Velculescu and Victoria Velculescu (Constantinescu); his wife Victoria; his son Victor; his daughter-in-law Delia; his grandchildren, Stefan, Sofia and Julia; and his brother Victor George.
