She was predeceased by: her children, Cornell Covarrubias, Brian Covarrubias and Rebecca Covarrubias; and her parents, Theresa Pinola LaRose and Paul LaRose.
She is survived by: her children, Richard LaRose (Catherine), Leticia Covarrubias, Michael Covarrubias, Marian Martinez (Alvin) and Destaney Stra; and her sister Pauline Manson. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
