He is survived by: his stepmother Mabel Simons Theide McLoughlin; his siblings, Elizabeth Thiede McLoughlin Sanders, Michael Thiede McLoughlin, Kathleen McLoughlin, Patrick McLoughlin and Maureen McLoughlin; his children, Katherine Pittman (Wesley) of West Sacramento and Brian McLoughlin (Kathryn Poole) of Fair Oaks; and his grandchildren, Declan, Morgan McLoughlin, Caroline and Cameron Pittman.
