He is survived by: his wife Janice Eillen Pettichord; his children, Fred (Kathy), Carlos (Siobhan), Garth, Alexandra (Greg Russell) and Simone (Chris Sawyer); and his grandchildren, Loki, Ronan, Briar, Ingram, Max Haslam, William, Zachary Russell, Rupert Sawyer, Charlotte, Agatha, Deirdre, Ophelia, Sabrina Haslam and Lita Russell.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
