It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Barlow (West Sacramento, California), who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rodney O Franks Sr. and Alta Nebel; her siblings, Rodney, Charlie, Kay and Elaina; and her children, Sherry, Manuel, Cristina and Patches. She was also cherished by her 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
