He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Bob". He is survived by: his mother Joann McCarthy (Oriheul); and his siblings, Kim Fitzpatrick (Sean) of Nashua, NH and Mike McCarthy (Joann Tong) of Charlottesville, VA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
