He is survived by: his spouse Jacquline (Jackie); his brother Kenneth (Gayle); his niece Nicole; his nephew Kenneth Jr. (Sarah); his great-niece Maddison; and his father-in-law Dave Culbertson. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
