He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rugh; his daughters, Candace Holly and Carrie Valenzuela; his grandchildren, Flora Temple and Sean Valenzuela; his daughters, Jordan Holly and Sarah Martin; his great grandchildren, Shay, Kennedy Temple and Lainey Valenzuela; his stepchildren, Barbara Perez, Sally Schultz and Brian Schultz; his stepgrandchildren, Sarah Schultz, Isabella, Alexandra, Natalie Perez, Brandon and Bianca Schultz; and his pet Emma.
