He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Román Ortiz Lopez and Maria Narcisa Ortiz Contreras; his siblings, Leticia, Jorge and Juan Carlos; his wife Maria Concepcion Escalante (Conchita); his children, Marielos, Yvetteh, Osiris and Jorge Antonio; his children-in-law, Marisol and Alfonso; his grandchild Yvetteh; his son-in-law Peter; and his grandchildren, Aliyah, Jordan, Tatiana and Joaquin. He was also cherished by his three siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
