He was predeceased by: his siblings, Olga Sousa and Manuel Silva. He is survived by: his wife Maria Fatima Silva; his children, Michael L. Silva, Jonathan K. Silva and Goretti S; his grandchildren, Alissa Silva, Joseph Silva, Callen Furtado, Sofia Furtado and Liberty Silva; and his brother Eduino Silva.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ave Maria Memorial Chapel (609 Main St, Watsonville, CA 95076). A rosary was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church (2401 E Lake Ave, Watsonville, CA 95076). A burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Valley Public Cemetery (2445 E Lake Ave, Watsonville, CA 95076).
