She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Io (Rodney) and Elizabeth Reyes (Pedro Gutierrez); her siblings, Paula Hernandez-Padilla, Asencion Hernandez, Prisciliana Hernandez-Rodriguez, Anita Cervantes and Nieves Gonzales; her grandchildren, Shonn Montalvo, Samantha Io, Andre Gutierrez, Emma Gutierrez and Alize Io; and her great grandchildren, Romanii Montalvo, Shonn Montalvo Jr. and Aden Ortiz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
