He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Eric (Rita), Michelle, Krystal, Justin Jr. and Cody (Angela); his grandchildren, Allison, Tristan, Katrina, Elizabeth, Aires, Kaylee Anne, Kaleb and Ethan; his father Lee; and his siblings, Terri (Mark) of Broken Arrow, OK, Carole of Senoia, GA, Holli (Duane) of Appleton, WI, Sam of Seattle, WA and Matt (Arpita) of Kennesaw, GA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
