He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Ramirez Abrego and Maria Martinez; and his sister Agapita Ramirez. He is survived by: his wife Eva Ramirez; his children, Jesus (Stephanie), Ruby Cruz (Oscar), Carlos, Heremegildo Jr. and Amanda; and his siblings, Victoria Guzman, Rita Marin, Luz Ramirez and Guadalupe Ramirez. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
