He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Moreno Sr. and Angelina; and his sister Sandra Moreno. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Moreno (Lee Ann), George Moreno (Fatima), Rose Correa (Jesse), Magdalena Barajas (Fabio), Natasha Valencia, Deanna Moreno and Paul F. Moreno. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
