He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ingersoll and Lois Ingersoll; and his siblings, Robert E., Richard D., Gordon R., David L. Ingersoll and Janice R. Easterly.
He is survived by: his wife Oleta; his son Brent (Sandra); his grandchildren, Katelyn Gonzalez (Manuel) and Hunter Ingersoll; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Joy Gonzalez and Ezekiel Gonzalez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
On December 22, 2024 Edwin L. Ingersoll, 91, was promoted to his heavenly home after a long and courageous struggle with Alzheimer's disease.
