She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Carey and Zina Carey; her husband Raymond Dow (Ray); her sisters, Jeannine Beach of Anaheim, CA and Alison Osborne of Meridian, ID; her children, Grant Dow (Monique) of Royal Oaks, CA and Carey Hart (Kevin) of Beaverton, OR; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Gabriella and Bethany; and her stepgranddaughter Emma.
