He was predeceased by: his son Liberato Diaz. He is survived by: his parents, Elidio Diaz and Virginia Mojica; his wife Aurelia Valencia Sanchez; and his children, Clemente, Francisco Javier, Salvador, Marcos, Napoleon, Seledonio, Aurelio Diaz, Virginia, Evangelina and Norma Diaz. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
