She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bert Tegard and Beulah Tegard; her brother Floyd; her friend Alfred Raffensperger (Al); and her daughter Cheri. She was also cherished by children with special needs at Poinsettia Elementary School. Winnie enjoyed being with her family, gardening, crocheting, reading mystery books, and dancing with her husband and friends.
