He is survived by: his wife Shirley Evans (Cotter) of Wasco; his sons, Ed Evans (Robin) of Bakersfield and Terry Evans (Karen) of Bakersfield; his grandchildren, Chandra Smith (Brian), Terra Ramirez (Andrew), Kristan McWhorter (Stephen) and Ethan Evans; his great grandchildren, Drew Smith, Gracie, Mitchell Ramirez and Emma McWhorter; and his brother-in-law Ray Cotter. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
