He is survived by: his wife Janice Moore; his daughters, Lori Kibler and Debbie Mehlberg; his sons-in-law, Jeff Mehlberg and Brian Kibler; his son Jeff Garland; his grandchildren, Amanda Rodriguez (John Paul), Evan Schulte, Kellie Harden (Tyler), Hailey Coyle (Ben), Noah Mehlberg, Austin Garland, Sydney Mehlberg, Cole Kibler and Ensley Melhberg; his great grandchildren, Rozlyn Harden, Winston Harden, Zori Rodriguez, Jovie Rodriguez, Huxley Harden and Decker Coyle; his sisters, Chris Brannon and Paula Johnson (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Frankie Moore, Marjorie Frost and Ernie White. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
