He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigurd Diseth and Edda Diseth (Sobak); and his siblings, Marjorie Schmechel (Bernard), Edna Schmechel (Art) and Glen.
He is survived by: his spouse Aldeen Johnson of Larimore, ND.; his brother Charlie Altom; and his daughters, Brenda Kirby (Bill), Denise Ortiz (Leonard) and Jadene Watson (JT). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great grandsons.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his name to the Wasco-Shafter Elks Lodge.
