He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Mae (Fisher) and Earl Harley Cavanaugh of Lieutenant, USN.; and his sister Sylvia Lee Cavanaugh. He is survived by: his wife Lee; his children, Barbara Lopez and David Cavanaugh of Las Vegas, NV; and his grandsons, Jacob, Ethan and Alec Lopez. He is also survived by two sisters- and brothers-in-law; numerous beloved cousins, nieces and nephew.
