He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Herman Meine and Pearl Ashton Meine; his siblings, Earl "Bud" and Betty; his wife LaRue Misty Anderson; and his children, Shanda Lee Culberson of Queen Creek, Arizona, William Douglas Meine (Angela Cook Meine) of St. George, Utah and Cameron Kelly Meine (Janell Beck Meine) of Concord, California. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
