He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law David; and also Eric. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his son Justin; his parents, James and Charlotte; his brother James Jr. (Tina); his nephews, Matthew and Andrew; and his niece Lauren.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Antioch High Golf team Attn.
