It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Red Higgins of Walnut Creek, California, born in Webster City, Iowa, who passed away on September 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Norlin and Agatha Norlin (Fisher). She is survived by: her children, Harry Higgins Jr. (Julie) of Grass Valley, Michael Higgins (Beth) and Kasey Torres (Roque) of Concord; and her grandchildren, Jenice, Keith, Damian, Rachel, Mariah, Jared, Naomi and Danielle.
