She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dorothea Madigan McGrath and John Madigan. She is survived by: her parents, John Madigan and Elizabeth Martin Madigan; her husband Ralph M. Kelmon, Sr.; her son Ralph M. Kelmon, Jr.; her grandchildren, Shawn Kelmon Young of Alamo, Matthew Kelmon of San Francisco, Jessica Kelmon of Concord and Michael Kelmon of Portland; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Joseph, Connor, Maxwell and Charlotte.
