He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E Van Woerkom and Aura Leane Bingham; and his wife Eileen Lynch. He is survived by: his children, Heidi Van Woerkom and Jon Van Woerkom (Heidi); his grandchildren, Holly Munson (David), Jared Van Woerkom, Ryan Baird-Van Woerkom (Jenessa), Hannah Pickett (Brad) and Spencer Van Woerkom; and his great grandchildren, Lars, Esther and August.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Concord Senior Center, Concord, CA.
