He is survived by: his child Rich; his wife Hazel Chappell; his children, Richard, Susan, Kathleen and Steven; and his grandchildren, Erika Chaney, Danielle Chaney, Megan, Madison and Morgan Chappell.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations to be made to a charity of their choice.
