He is survived by: his stepfather Dr. Charles Joseph Hart; his wife Marilyn (Wylie); his son Tim Hart; his daughter-in-law Leanne of San Ramon; his daughter Therese Hart-Pignotti (Robert) of Concord; his grandchildren, Emma, Taylor Hart of Walnut Creek and Seaman Kai Pignotti (Concord); his sister Kathy Schmidt (Hart); his brother-in-law Paul of Sacramento; and also Elizabeth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
