He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Parsons and Edith Verneal Reinhardt Parsons; and his brother George Parsons. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Oliver (Brett), Brian Parsons, Stephanie Parsons, Christopher Parsons, Rachelle Parsons-Laouini (Ghaylen) and Kimberly Santillana (Ramiro); the mother of his children Carole Ann Newell (Larry); his grandchildren, Lucianna, Christopher, Lorenzo, Maya, Ellisia and Sofia; and his siblings, Thelma Ross (Neil), Steaven Parsons (Patricia), Louella Selph (Larryꝉ), RaNae Haggard (Ray) and Wanda Franklin (Raymond). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
