We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2025, Evelyn Cain of Walnut Creek, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hannah Edith (Longbotham) and Ezekiel Orien Peck; her husband Gene Austin Cain; and her son Stephen Austin Cain. She is survived by: her children, Michael Cain of Walnut Creek, Elizabeth Cain of Belmont and Carolyn Cain of Walnut Creek; her grandchildren, Rachel Colonna, Michael Cain, Jr., Annabella Lothrop, Patrick Cain, Matthew Wood, Kelly Sapp (Cain), Melissa Wood and Christopher Cain; and her great grandchildren, Amelianna, Emmet, Aisley and Carmela Evelyn.

Contributions in Evelyn's memory may be made to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, 4010 Nelson Ave, Concord, CA 94520.
