With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elinor Stark (Walnut Creek, California), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 1, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Brumder and Gladys Brumder; her child Endy; her former spouse Fortney H. "Pete" Stark; her children, Jeff Stark (Annie), Bea Winslow (Jonathan), Thekla Wainwright (Philip) and Sarah Ramirez (Tony); her grandchildren, Gretchen Signet (Jake), Claire Stark, Nate Winslow, Nora Winslow, Timothy Wainwright (Taylor), David Wainwright (Katherine), Willy Ramirez and Zoe Ramirez; her great grandchildren, Penny, Theo Wainwright and Bella Signet; her siblings, George Brumder (Marilyn), Mary Brumder-Teichmann and Beachy Gallagher; and her close friend Art. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews and the treasured friends and caregivers.
Until then, "toasts" of dark chocolate and/or donations to UNICEF or to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano are welcome.
