He was predeceased by: his father Morris Caldwell. He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Caldwell of Pleasant Grove; his brother Danny (Kris) of Pleasant Grove; his nephew Cooper; his niece Chanelle; and his great-niece Myah. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
