He was predeceased by: his wife Donna O'Sullivan (Jessee); and his sister Margaret Garcia (Sullivan). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin (Monica) and Michael (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Melonie (Don Reynolds), Matthew, Sara, Ryan (Chelsea), Amy and Carli (Chris Alderson). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
