We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2018, at the age of 93, Daniel M. Hungerford (Walnut Creek, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Fay. He is survived by: his nephews, Gus Varetakis of Marin County and Nick Varetakis of Nashville, TN.; and his great-niece Lisa O'Donoghue (Patrick).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dan's name to Meals on Wheels, The Salvation Army, Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Counties, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, the St. Dionysios building project (contact Jim Pappas at 925-676-6967) or the charity of your choice.
