It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arline Collins of Walnut Creek, California, born in Alameda, California, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Rose and Carmen Rose; her husband Edward Collins (Ed); her children, Terri Haver (Bob), Ed Collins, Jr. (Tracy) and Deanna Anderson (Eric); her brothers, Don Rose and Jim Rose (Sue); and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jason, Emily, Alex, Tessa and Dalton. She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren, five nephews, and two nieces.

Due to the pandemic, there will be a small private service.
