It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Carl Jackson (Visalia, California), born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on May 2, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lu Jackson; his sisters, Andrea (Ron Orndorff) and Amey (Tommy Dill); and his children, Michael (Chere Jackson), Brandon (Stephanie Jackson), Heather (Todd Stivers), Heidi (David Archer), Sara Chapman of Arroyo Grande, CA and Tim (Desiree Arnold). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
