He is survived by: his wife Tracy Crosswell; his children, Cody [Kiana] Crosswell, Ashton [Brian] Hill, Jordan [Michael] Hultin and Lindsay Howerton; his grandchildren, Cecilia, Maddox, Claire, Owen, Bodhi, Camille and Halston Todd; and also Ron Alt.
