He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rasmussen and Frances Rasmussen; his brothers, Michael and David Rasmussen; his wife Sandra Rasmussen; and his granddaughter Kailey Chan.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Chan and Bill Rasmussen; his daughter-in-law Angela; and his granddaughters, Ashley and Emily.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Visalia Public Cemetery (1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA 93291).
