He is survived by: his wife Linda Kamplain of Visalia, CA.; his children, Dan (Deb Stubblefield), Christine Kamplain Watson (David) of Visalia, CA, Dick Kamplain (Vicky Edwards) of Visalia, CA, John Kamplain of Muncie, IN, Kelly Kamplain of Tehachapi, CA and Ken Kamplain (Lynn) of Templeton, CA; his nephew Thomas Kamplain (Debbie) of Colorado; his former wife Jane Kamplain of Tehachapi, CA; and also, Thomas Paul Allen and Wendy Kaye Duval.
