She is survived by: her parents, Mike Zavala and Helen Zamarripa; her child Allyssa McCarthy (Nee Gomez); her husband Russell Cortez; her brothers, Rene Zamarripa (Yvette), Robert Zamarripa, Ralph Zavala (Elsa) and Frank Zavala (Katie Zavala); her children, Ashley Cortez and Frank Cortez; her bonus-daughter Danielle Cortez; and her grandchildren, Julius, Olivia and Harper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
